Share certificate replacements and bonus issues of our company, which were being performed by us in past years, shall as from 26 October 2005 be performed by the Istanbul Head Office of T. İş Bankası A.Ş.
Shareholders who currently hold certificated shares can perform the subject transactions starting on 26 October 2005, by personally visiting the Head Office of T. İş Bankası A.Ş. after making an appointment, without having to come to General Directorate of Petrol Ofisi A.Ş. The names and telephone numbers of contact persons with whom appointments can be made are given below.

Shareholders residing outside Istanbul can send the Petrol Ofisi A.Ş. shares subject to the transaction to the Istanbul Head Office of T. İş Bankası A.Ş. through the T. İş Bankası A.Ş. Branch closest to their residence, by assuming the responsibilities that may arise from possible losses or delays in the
mailing process. They can similarly receive their new share certificates through the T. İş Bankası A.Ş. Branch to which they have applied.
